I'm sitting here thinking of all the things I'm hanging onto. Some of them I'm conscious of and many more are subconscious.
I can still perceive them in one way or another. For me it is a feeling of heaviness, being stuck, driving around in circles and worry.
None of these items serve me well.
So, today I'm in the practice of letting go.
